This robust camera platform is designed for use with the Calumet Studio Clamp MF6820 and Calumet wall boom arm, lighting stand or any fitting that accepts a standard lighting spigot . Mounts 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 threaded camera and swivel spigots. The Spa Photo Kit comes with the adaptor to suit cameras with a larger base thread.
Fitted to a wall boom arm (see our other listings), this platform can be used to set up a video camera for recording interview situations without the need for a conventional tripod, thus keeping the floor area clear.
